  Personal data is each information that can be assigned to you as a person. This includes information such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.  

3. Data collection when visiting our website

  (1) When you are using the website for informational purposes only, we collect solely the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which are technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):   - IP address, - Date and time of the request, - Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), - Content of the request (concrete page), - Access status/HTTP status code, - Amount of data transferred in each case, - Website from which the request originates, - Your browser - Your operating system and its interface, and - The language and version of the browser software.   For security reasons (e.g. to detect misuse or fraud), the data listed above will be stored for a maximum period of 7 days and is then deleted.   (2) In addition to the aforementioned data, we store cookies on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive that is assigned to the browser you are using. Through the cookies certain information are transmitted to the provider that sets the cookie (which are we). Cookies cannot execute programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the website more user-friendly and effective.   (3) Use of cookies:   (a) This website uses the following types of cookies, which scope and function are explained below:   - Transient Cookies (see b) - Persistent cookies (see c).   (b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. We will only transfer your personal data to third parties if:   - you have given your express consent hereto pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, - the disclosure according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data, - in the event that there is a legal obligation to pass on data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, and - this is legally permissible and required for the execution of contractual relationships with you pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.  

5. Use of Google Analytics

  (1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so called "cookies", which are text files stored on your computer, to enable us to analyze your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be abbreviated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA where it will be shortened. 6. Integration of Google Maps

  (1) On this website, we use the services provided by Google Maps. This enables us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently.   (2) When you visit the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under point 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. 7. Your rights

  You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:   - to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you may request information on the processing purposes, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your personal data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right of rectification, deletion, restriction or objection of processing, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data if not collected from us, as well as the existence of an automated decision-making process including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on its details; - to immediately demand the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR; - to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims; - to demand the restriction of processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR if the correctness of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful, but you oppose the erasure and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have lodged an objection against the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR; - in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data which you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another responsible person; - to revoke your consent once given to us at any time in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR. The consequence of this is that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent for the future, and - to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.  

8. Objection to the processing of your data or revocation of consent

  (1) If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke it at any time. Such a revocation influences the permissibility of the processing of your personal data after you declared it to us.   (2) Insofar as we base the processing of your personal data on a weighing of legitimate interests, you may object to the processing. This is the case if the processing is in particular not necessary to fulfil a contractual obligation towards you, which is described by us in the foregoing description of the functions. In the event of such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and either discontinue or adapt the data processing or point out our compelling reasons worthy of protection on the basis of which we will continue the processing.   (3) You may of course object to the processing of your personal data for advertising and data analysis purposes at any time. You can inform us about your advertising objection under the contact data listed under number 1.
