The firm LAMBRECHT was created through a spin-off of a Berlin insolvency practitioner partnership. The founding partners have been building up their location in Düsseldorf since 2011. After focusing increasingly on corporate restructuring through insolvency plan proceedings, so called “Schutzschirmverfahren” and self-administration, the firm was founded in 2016. Through their numerous self-administrations (including “Größtes Schutzschirmverfahren 2015,” JUVE Rechtsmarkt 1/2016), the attorneys of the partnership have established themselves as leading legal consultants for times of crisis.
Our partners are regularly appointed as insolvency administrators from the local courts of Düsseldorf, Mönchengladbach and Wuppertal and are recommended as administrators and trustees at courts across Germany (Sections 56a and 270b of the German Insolvency Code).
Experience from both perspectives – as insolvency administrators and as legal consultants – defines our work. Insolvency administration and corporate consulting during times of crisis is accompanied by creative solutions and excellent performance on labor and corporate law.
